After leading more than 350,000 Airmen during my 25 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, I discovered a new mission—helping people heal, align, and rise. When my son faced a mental health crisis in 2019, it ignited a powerful spiritual awakening within me. That moment transformed my understanding of leadership, purpose, and self-love—and became the birth of Healthy Clarity by Kimberly Jarena.

At Healthy Clarity, I help individuals, leaders, and healers reconnect with their authentic selves through a unique blend of numerology, astrology, resilience training, and intuitive coaching. My mission is simple: to help you gain clarity, restore self-trust, and align your life with divine purpose.

As a Certified Astro-Numerologist, Resilience Building Leadership Professional, and Peer Recovery Specialist, I combine ancient wisdom with modern psychology to guide you back to your power. Whether you’re navigating burnout, feeling stuck, or seeking spiritual alignment, I’ll help you rediscover your strength and design a life that feels sacred, intentional, and free.

Rooted in my Choctaw Freedmen and African-American heritage, my work honors the lineage of strong women who taught me the power of faith, storytelling, and ancestral wisdom.

Today, as a Commissioner on the Fairfax County Commission for Women, artist, and storyteller, I continue to live my mission: helping others heal, lead, and live in full alignment.
