Healthy Clarity by Kimberly Jarena is a holistic coaching and spiritual wellness practice that helps individuals, leaders, and healers reconnect to their authentic selves through the integration of numerology, astrology, resilience training, and intuitive self-discovery. Founded by Kimberly Jarena Pollard, a 25-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Certified Astro-Numerologist, and Creative Mindset Coach, Healthy Clarity bridges the worlds of leadership, spirituality, and healing to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Through personalized coaching sessions, group programs, and signature experiences, Healthy Clarity supports transformation from burnout to balance, self-doubt to self-trust, and survival to sacred purpose. The practice blends mindful leadership principles from Kimberly’s military and resilience background with spiritual tools such as numerology, astrology, and intuitive journaling, helping clients gain insight into their life cycles, energy patterns, and divine timing.
