Healthy Clarity provides holistic coaching, intuitive readings, spiritual guidance, and wellness support. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal counsel.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You are emotionally and mentally responsible for your own decisions

  • You understand these services complement, not replace, professional care

If you are under medical or psychological supervision, please consult your provider before participating.

 

3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions and programs must be booked through our official scheduling system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Cash App.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.

 

For packages over $500, payment plans may be offered at our discretion.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because each session requires personal energetic preparation, all sales are final.
Rescheduling policies may vary by service but generally require at least 24 hours’ notice.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, partial program use, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations. In rare emergencies, session credit may be transferred to a future service at our discretion.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during intake

  • Complete any required forms (such as the Discovery Worksheet)

  • Attend sessions on time and in a private, distraction-free environment

  • Communicate respectfully and courteously

  • Follow any safety or participation guidelines provided by Kimberly

 

We reserve the right to discontinue services if a client behaves disrespectfully, violates boundaries, or demonstrates behavior inconsistent with a safe and collaborative coaching environment.

 

6. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions, forms, and personal information are confidential. We will not disclose information without your written permission except:

  • When required by law

  • When necessary to prevent harm
