July Reflection

July has always been one of my favorite months; not simply because it's my birthday, but because it naturally invites reflection. This year feels especially meaningful. On July 30th, I'll celebrate my 45th birthday while stepping into a Personal Year 2 in numerology. Every birthday marks the beginning of a brand-new energetic cycle, and I'm looking forward to sharing what this next chapter is teaching me. Birthday Week

I'll be taking my annual birthday week (July 26–August 2) for rest, reflection, and celebration. During that time, I won't be scheduling client sessions as I intentionally welcome this new chapter.

The Healthy Clarity Calendar

One of my favorite things each month is noticing how the numbers on the calendar naturally align. These combinations create opportunities to pause, reflect, and intentionally work with the energy of the day.

🌿 The Energy of July

July invites us to explore what it truly means to be free. We begin the month celebrating Independence Day; a reminder of freedom, courage, and the choices that shape our future. Yet true independence isn't only something we celebrate as a nation. It's something we cultivate within ourselves.

Numerologically, July carries an 8 vibration (7 + 1 = 8), highlighting themes of empowerment, confidence, leadership, and stepping fully into our own authority. This is a month to make decisions from alignment rather than obligation and to recognize the power you've had within you all along.

Later in the month, we enter Leo season, bringing an energy of sovereignty, creativity, generosity, and wholehearted self-expression. Leo reminds us that leadership begins with leading ourselves. It asks us to honor our gifts, share our light without apology, and create from the heart.
