Seasonal Shift Reflections - March 2026

As we step into March and Women’s History Month, I’ve been reflecting on the conversations I’ve been having with so many of you lately.

Almost every person I meet right now is capable, responsible, and doing what they’re supposed to be doing and yet quietly asking the same question:

“Why does this feel unclear?”

This season has reminded me that clarity doesn’t come from more effort. It comes from understanding what is actually happening in your life.

This newsletter is my way of sharing a small piece of that work with you each month — not just what I’m building, but what might help you think more clearly in your own life.

February — Real Conversations

Last month I facilitated a leadership reflection workshop with a small group of women. Each participant received a personal reflection based on her birth date and year, and we talked through what was actually happening in their current season of life.

One thing stood out to me. Several women said: “I haven’t said this out loud yet.”

That’s often where clarity begins; not with advice, but with finally naming what you already know internally.

If you ever need a facilitated reflection for a leadership circle, small group, or organization, you can reply directly to this email.

March — A Month of Connection

(3 + 1 = 4 Energy)

March carries a communication and connection energy. Because 2026 is a 1 year, March sits on top of a 4 foundation: structure, organization, and intentional action.

In simple terms: This is a month to organize your relationships and your decisions.

Instead of asking: “What do I feel like doing?”

Try asking: “What relationships and priorities need structure right now?”

Pay attention to these dates: March 3 • March 12 • March 21 • March 30

These are communication and clarity days; moments when conversations, realizations, or decisions tend to move forward.

A Note on the 3 + 1 Pattern

“The 3 with the 1 signals a new beginning. Act on the creative impulse, but trust the timing. Prepare the soil, plant the seed, and allow life to unfold naturally.”

— Alana Fairchild

This is why March isn’t a month for rushing decisions. It’s a month for preparing them.

You don’t force clarity. You create it by paying attention, organizing what matters, and responding when the right conversation or opportunity appears.

This is the difference between forcing a decision and recognizing the right one.

A 4-Minute Evening Clarity Practice

This month, especially on the 3rd, 12th, 21st, and 30th, try this simple exercise with or without the reflection card shared earlier.

The Backward Review

Each evening:

• Sit quietly for a few minutes before bed

• Replay your day backwards (from evening to morning)

• Notice moments of tension or relief

• Ask yourself: “What was I reacting to and what did I actually need?”

You don’t need to solve anything. You are training your mind to recognize patterns instead of reacting to them and if you fall asleep halfway through — that counts too.

What’s Ahead

This month I’ll be participating in several Women’s History Month gatherings and leadership conversations in the community.

I’m especially looking forward to hosting a small gathering at my home for International Women’s Day — March 8 at 3 PM. It will be a time for conversation, reflection, and connection.

If you’re interested in attending, you can email me at: kim@kimberlyjarena.com

If you’ve been thinking about reaching out but weren’t sure what to say, you don’t need a perfect reason. Sometimes you just need a place to organize your thoughts.

You can always begin with a clarity session when you’re ready.

Thank you for letting me be part of your reflection and real-life decisions. I never take that trust lightly.
