Cancellation Policy

Healthy Clarity by Kimberly Jarena – Client Policy & Appointment Agreement At Healthy Clarity by Kimberly Jarena, each session is a sacred exchange of time, energy, and intention. Kimberly prepares intuitively before every appointment using your Discovery Worksheet and numerology or astrology insights. To honor this preparation, all sessions are scheduled with care and mutual respect for energy, time, and availability. Scheduling & Confirmation Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the official scheduling link. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and a virtual meeting link if applicable. Please arrive on time; sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. Payments & Packages Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Cash App. Payment plans are available for packages over $500. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule once if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited session or a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are nonrefundable. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact Kimberly directly. Refund Policy Because of the time and energy invested in preparation, all sales are final. In the event of an emergency, credit may be transferred toward another service at Kimberly’s discretion. Session Environment Please attend your session in a quiet, distraction-free space. Have your journal, water, and an open heart ready. For intuitive or energy-based sessions, you may wish to set an intention before beginning. Services are designed to complement, not replace, professional care. Clients remain responsible for their personal decisions and actions. Confidentiality All client information and session notes are confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm. Agreement By scheduling or purchasing a session with Healthy Clarity by Kimberly Jarena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Client Policy and Appointment Agreement.
